Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come to my home?
Yes, we are a fully mobile service. We bring all necessary equipment, including a portable treatment table if required, directly to your home, office, or aged care facility for your absolute convenience.
Do you see NDIS participants?
Absolutely. We provide physiotherapy services for both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Our team is experienced in helping clients achieve their specific NDIS goals through personalised movement plans.
Which areas of Sydney do you cover?
We cover a wide range of Sydney suburbs, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Southern Sydney. Please contact us with your postcode to confirm availability in your specific location.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Generally, no referral is needed for private patients. However, if you are seeking treatment under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, DVA, or Workers Compensation, a GP referral will be necessary.
How long does a typical session last?
Our initial assessments usually take 60 minutes for a comprehensive history and physical check. Subsequent follow-up treatments are typically 45 to 60 minutes depending on your tailored recovery plan.
What equipment do I need to provide?
You don't need to provide anything. We bring everything required, including therapy bands, clinical equipment, and a portable bench. We just need a clear space where we can work comfortably together.
